Volvo Penta DP-S drive. The upper bearing on the transom housing for steering is frozen. I am trying to disassemble the suspension fork from the transom shield. I have tried the 9/16 bolt and plate at the steering arm with no success. Im sure this has happened to other boaters. Can someone let me know what they did to free up and disassemble the pieces.
