chrysler seaking 4hp 1981

Hello i was wondering how good these little engines were? I am really an Evinrude person but i came across this chrysler 4hp seaking. There is no prop on it,any ideas where i can get a prop and are other models interchangable? also are parts common for these little engines? thanks john
