Flying Scott Outboard Motor

I was just given a 3 cylinder Flying Scott outboard. I have no idea what year (maybe the 60's ish), it turns over so its mot locked up, does anyone know where to find the serial number, or how to tell the year and what size it is? The prop is brass, and in very good shape, it is kind of a neat motor....

Should be a tag with a serial # and model # on the transom bracket. Otherwise take a pic of the carbs,starter the hood and if it has a generator or distributor. It will be a 1958-60/61 model. And take a pic of the exhaust relief.
