1993 5.0 Cobra EFI- No fuel to to cylinders

I bought a 1993 Sunbird 5.0 OMC EFI. Got it to crank, got some spark. Changed the two fuel pumps noticed bad fuel water in tank. I fixed that problem. Still trying to start engine there is fuel in the lines to the injectors but no fuel in cylinders. What's next ?? Injectors?? Or something else? my test light showed power to the injectors. Getting frustrated.

You need an LED bulb and hook it up across the two wires at an injector. It will only work in one of the two directions. It should flash when the engine is cranked. If it doesn't, you have a problem in the electronics.

you may need to take the injectors and have them serviced.
