200 mercury efi low compression 2 cylinders

I have a 99' Merc 200 efi ( # 0G868336)which i recently put in the shop for a smoking problem. The mechanics at the boat shop replaces some gaskets and the thermostat but when I got it out in January, the motor wouldn't get any power. Took it back and did an extensive fuel system overhaul and that did not solve anything. Today, I did a compression test and found that # 2 and #6 cylinders were low. ( 30psi, 10 psi respectively) What can be the problem and is should repair or just a bad coincidence?

Ayuh,... It probably was running Lean,+ burnt up the pistons....

30psi,+ 10psi is most definitely a Problem...

Head gasket problem, Replaced and im back in buisness! Easy fix
