mercury sport jet 90 - no spark

I have a searay 1994 sport-jet 90. I have replaced the plugs, starter, solenoid, stator, trigger and NO spark. [ohms test in range]

I disconnected the yellow leads to the rectifier and the black/yellow [hopefully kill switch out of the switch box 114-4953] and still NO spark

[ i've seen this motor run on one cylinder so i'm doubting all three coils are bad.]

does anyone have the switch box CDI 114-4953 diagram - or any guesses what Im missing?

sanded to bare metal on literally ALL my grounds and bingo! it started.
