Lube Seepage

Threw the muffs on and Oil water mixture coming out from around the propeller like a grey sludge when prop isn’t turning and seeping out , just fired up my 85 hp mercury model 850 made in the 70s. Compression on all cylinders were between 117 and 120. Problems maybe? Help

Normal unburned fuel and oil mixing with water.

Sounds normal, if it is unburned oil.
If it is gearcase LUBE, then you need to find the bad seal and replace it.

You should be able to id if it is lube, by its smell.
