Fuel Injector

I lost number 7 fuel injector today. due to the upcoming holiday weekend I am afraid I will not be able to find one available. is there a car fuel injector that cross references? I know that's not right, but I need to get on the water...

If you have trouble locally might need to call and overnight one. iboats and near everyone else has them. Good luck
