1978 IMP Mercruiser question

Hello;

A new member here and just learning about IMP boats.
I just purchased a 1978 IMP Marine X-250 and have a couple of questions. The boat has twin 350 Merc Crusier chevrolet engins. The boat is missing the out drives. Can some one tell me which out drives it should have?
Also, are the out drives standard rotation, or one standard and one counter?

The drives would have been MC-1s, with a gear ratio of 1.5:1. Counter rot was not available back then, so both would have been standard. Direct replacements for them are SEI-106, available from here on iBoats. Good value and good quality, with 3 years warranty.... and at $1299 each, it's cheaper to buy a new one than fix an old one... go figure....

I would think there is also an off chance these could be TRS, no?

Errr, yes... Good call... We would need to see a photo of what's left on the outside of the boat....
