2002 Mercruiser 4.3 MPI Belt Makes Noise and Looks Off Track(By water pump pulley)

Hello,

I have a 2003 Regal Comodore with twin 2002 Mercuisers 4.3 MPI (Bravo 3). I just noticed that my port engine is making make a noise. It comes from the belt. It seems like the water pump pulley is not turning straight. The belt seems fine (I fully inspected it).
Its a raw water intake. The water pump for that engine was replaced in May (just the housing and impeller). However, the shaft could be acting up. Please see link below; uploaded a video to YouTube today.

A 7 second video from a 3/4 view doesn't show anything.

Loosen the belt and see if the pulley is lose or has play. Is the pump leaking or weeping?

No leaks no weeping. Just off track.. I will replace the pulley.Tks!

Problem fixed. Removed the belt, inspected all pulleys (they were fine). Re-installed the belt and GTG. I guess the belt just came out of alignment.
