i put in a new starter and ran some wires from the dash to the battery, I take my boat and it's not going into forward or reverse, it felt like it was on neutral, I checked the cables and they were fine, they were moving while playing with the shifter, I checked the prop hub it was fine, I did not hit any rocks or anything, boat was working a week ago, I checked if I unplugged anything when running wires back but I didn't feel anything, Put it in foward without the motor running and prop was spinning freely and same with reverse, any suggestions would be great,
