Hello Big Billy, we have a strong stream of water coming out of telltale from low to high rpm.
We haven't explored timing yet.
We have seen that the choke has three settings, on, off, automatic. We switch it to off to see if it made a difference, after that we were able to go again but not sure that was the cause could have been coincidence.
