How bad is this cylinder? (1988 XP200) [PHOTOS]

This is a 1988 XP200
Take a look at these photos of the topmost port-side cylinder. It's compression is 59, the rest are 100. Am I going to need to bore it out and drop in an oversized piston and rings? What am I looking at here?

Might wanna try seafoam to decarb, see if it raises the compression. But i also see aluminum residue meaning one of the rings let go and is melting. If you can get that piston out and replace the ring and hone the cylinder, maybe it will be good to go. Have you noticed any overheating with the engine?

Tried seafoam before this, and had limited success. Not sure about overheating because I got it like this from my uncle and didn't want to damage it further. That cylinder has grooves you can actually feel, so again I'm no expert but I fear that means it might be beyond honing, and on to boring out since it's into the sleeve. Sounds like you all agree. Also there was quite a bit of wobble and I wonder if the piston skirt is broken. Might explain the nicked edges on the right side of the piston. If I'm tearing it all the way down, I guess I should get 5 sets of regular rings, and then some .30 over rings and a .30 over piston. Should I go OEM on all the parts?

Looking on boats.net it is pushing $400 for the job. Does that sound about right? Anywhere cheaper to order from?
