Please Help Identify Year of my 40 HP Evinrude

Hello Everyone! First of all Happy Easter and God Bless!
This is my first post so bear with me...haha
I just inherited this evinrude with a 1956 Crestliner aluminum boat!
It's an Evinrude norseman 40252E JO 2128 ??????
It runs great BUT I'd like to get an owners manual for it and have it serviced to perfect running order BEFORE I take the kids out!
Any information about it(good or bad) would be awesome!

The motor is a 1972, and here is a link to the owners manual. If it is running good now the only thing you should consider before running it hard is to change the impellar. It may be old and the rubber tends to break up causing an ugly overheating scituation.

You people are A~W~E~S~O~M~E!!! and quick! haha
My grandpa bought both the boat and the motor brand new! The original motor went bad and he replaced it with this evinrude...
I have no titles yet as I have to search for lost title....
I will document the restoration of the boat in the boat forum...

I am replacing the prop because it's pretty chewed up. It looks to be aluminum But is the carbon or stainless better?
I'm sure you guys have thoughts from personal experience...
