Check its getting fuel to it, maybe the lower seal has gone which is why it went awry in the first place

The # 3 cylinder will not suffer a lot , if any from a leaking bottom crankshaft seal.

Ahh ok its not the bottom overall cylinder. Check its getting fuel though. Ground the ht wire for that cylinder and spin the starter for a few seconds then check the plug is wet with fuel and light it
