I am tryin to find a water pump repair kit for a 1974 model 25 4ha outboard. I can find the impeller in several locations but, can only find the repair kit at a price that is more than the motor is worth. The housing on the water pump is etched and I think it will destroy any new impeller I install. An ideas or suggestions?
