Why was I not given an option to log-in and share?

Where are The Old 35HP Chrysler users? I have enjoyed this Site and learned so much and enjoyed sharing what I learned and tested. I slowed due to challenges and it appeared Old 35HP – 55HP Chrysler users slowed as I did. I still checked the site weekly until I could not get in. There was no entry offer as username and password to allow me to respond to post I had info on. Now I am trying to learn if this occurred for a reason as “Lack Of Use or Etc”?

Yesterday was a BAD day for the site
I couldn't get to anything I needed to see.
As you can see, it seems to be better.
