The whole question is in the title.... I'm trying to find out if the old (but still working transducer from the old Humminbird Super Sixty will work with a 2007 Humminbird Wide Eye. I don't know what to look for or check or what kind of wiring adaptations I might have to make but I figured someone out here may have the answer. Thanks!

Simple test....how many pins on each connector?

If the number matches, you can use the transducer on the other unit

Wow, really, simple as that? Ok I’ll break out The abacus and do some ciphering.

Ok. So my wide eye has 5 pins, 2 for power and looks like 3 for the transducer. Transducer for the old super 60 uses a co-ax type wire..... IDK if I can make those two talk or not?
