Riser/Manifold leak?

This is a new engine (in July) that came complete with these manifolds and risers.

I noticed a little tiny rust spot about a month ago and it has gotten worse and now as you can see the rust is all the way around where the riser meets the manifold, and you can see where water actually dripped down the manifold.

I re-torqued the riser bolts but I only got a little nudge out of them.

Should I replace the riser to manifold gasket?

I didn't install them. The engine came complete. Manifolds, risers and all.

Maybe I should call the place I got it from? A new gasket if that's what's needed shouldn't be too bad though. Right?

I would replace the gasket. No scene letting that rust pit up your mating surface

Ayuh,... Pull the risers, 'n LOOK....

If it's leaking to the Outside,...
It's probably leaking to the Inside as well...
