Floor is all glued and screwed. I will post pics after all the PB fillets are done. Went better then expected but I'm gonna spend the rest of the day in the pool with the kiddos.

Life sometimes gets busy and that tends to get in the way but we must make time. So I took today off to finish fiber-glassing the floor. Not going to be ideal temps but hopefully it will be done early enough....before we hit 100. Also heading down to pick up 3 gallons of Gel coat and a couple more gallons of resin as I would like to add rod holders and possibly a live well. I will post some pics later as it is 4:35 am and I'm heading out. Wish me luck!

Here are some pics of the first layer of glass. I have the second layer 2/3 done but will have to wait till I get back from the builder. More pics to come this evening....I hope.

Just got back from the builder with a bunch of supplies. I got gloss white gel coat as he said I could have it for $1 a lb :). So I have 5 gallons of white a quart of blue, catalyst, 2 gallons of resin, and wax for a whopping $100. This guy rocks!

All the fiberglass for the floor is done. I even drilled the self bailing and the holes line up perfect. I ended up drilling them to 1 1/2 inches and filling with PB to keep the water away from the wood then re-drilled for the scuppers. Next up is the cover for the fuel line then Gel coat :). The white spots you see are the access holes for the sending unit, fuel line and drain. Coming together nicely. Cant wait to get her on the water.

I have the fuel line enclosure made and ready to install. After work today I will PB all of its joints and hope to PB it in place. Then I just have to glass it in, sand the rest of the inside and shoot the gel.

Happy fathers day guys. Gonna work on the boat today and started in the garage this morning. They were throwing out a bunch of black starboard at work a few weeks ago and I picked a few pieces out of the garbage. I will make a nice cutting board out of some of it and make an electronics box out of some as well. I wish it was white but hey I'm just a garbage picker so I really can not complain. lol.....Put it in the T-Top this morning. Going to be a hot day today but I just have to glass in my fuel enclosure and out the mounting blocks I made in for the pole holders. The last guy just screwed through the side of the boat .

I got all my rod holder mounts PB'd in and my fuel line enclosure has its first layer of glass on it. I should be able to finish all the glass work this week after work and start spraying the gel coat by Friday. Getting close.......

Came home from work and decided to gel coat the hatches and see how they come out. I have plenty of gel coat to play with so I can get the hang of it and not have to worry about running short. These came out ok. I hope to start spraying the boat this weekend......work permitting.

First coat of Gel Coat is finally done. I will get the second coat with wax on first thing tomorrow then drizzle on some dark blue to break it up a little. Looking good so far though.

Thank you sir. She is coming along these last couple of days. I started bolting her back together today and hope to do a water trial in the next week or two.
