A couple we are close to both quit 2 years ago. Fay who is 77 quit cold turkey, John however hasn't had a smoke for 2 years but is constantly puffing on a E cigarette and goes to the smoke cessation clinic every 2 weeks, the clinic is paid by the Ontario Gov. I've seen him Jonesing when the battery went dead, he had to go home to charge it. E cigs aren't cheap but better than smoking, but now he is addicted to the E cigs. .

Just like a junkie ton drugs to quit successfully you have to want to.

I quit smoking cold turkey 25 years ago next week.

Mrs. Dingbat said I could buy a new boat if did under the pretense money would be diverted from my smoking habit would pay for it.
Well....that didn’t work out as planned

My third year is about here. Turning 50 is scary when mom and grandmother were dead before 60.
