So I bought a boat from a friend of mine and have been working on fixing it up. But the color is very dull and faded. What do you recommend for making it look better?

I'd buy a VS Buffer from Harbor Freight and use Some meguiars compound. Set the speed at about 1000rpm and don't stay in one spot to long. Buff a 3 sq. ft. area at a time. Then Follow up with Meguiars Polish. & Wax.

I will look into getting a buffer and start buffing and waxing the boat. Can't wait to see what it looks like when it's done. This boat has been a project but it's been a fun learning experience. Can't wait to sell it and getting something bigger and start over again.
