Well tomorrow I get the survey report on a motor I found if all comes out well should have it by weekend!!!
Also started sanding down the deck

Thanks zool, I watched a couple videos from boatworks today and his last one used soft sand. It was interesting and seems a little more comfortable on the feets.

Yes I did I wanted to wait till it was official.
I bought a 04 Suzuki df250 with all the rigging and gauges.

my jack plate came the other day I was to lazy to unload it from my truck LOL

Thanks nm I am using awlgrip 545 primer and awlgrip top coat paint. and I am going to use soft sand rubber sand for the grit

primer came today Also the hydrulic steering And finally my material for the side bolsters?
