Very nice work so far. Are you going to put a ski locker in there? I just ask because if not, you can get a very rigid floor by adding a few cross braces between the stringers about every 18" or 2'. (like the bulkhead you have, but it doesn't have to go down into the V of the hull, just straight across) Then if 1/2" ply is used, it will not flex. There is about a 2' span between the stringers, and a couple of cross braces go a long way towards firming things up.
BTW, that looks to be pressure treated. Are you going to use pressure treated for the deck too? Just curious. I would.
