Paint is all done. Both turned out real nice. Next up flip her back over and start installing the floors.

Here are some more pics of some progress. Got the boat back on the trailer. Floor is starting to go in. Epoxying all sides of the exterior plywood. went with a 3/4". Got the motor mounted. The console is built as well. Hopefully get the carpet in this weekend and get in the water in a week and a half.

I went to a boat salvage yard and picked up all my instruments

BTW, please share where in MN is a boat salvage yard!!
You'd think they'd be plentiful here....
I've looked everywhere, called all the auto yards and have come up empty:facepalm:

my mistake, not actually a boat salvage yard but they get some boats in and pull gear off of them. Technically a outboard motor place. Twin City Outboard in Shakopee. Off Cty Rd 83 (i think) just south of 101. They have some used gear

Oh its crunch time! I got two days left before heading up north and I think I am going to make it. Wont be 100% done but close. Most of the carpet/storage is in. Working on the steering console and steering cable hook up tomorrow. Going to try and get it to the lake tomorrow as well for a trial run. Thing is turning out far better than I could of imagined. Will be posting some pics in the morning.
