I was wondering if someone could help me. After coming back from the lake today, I noticed that the washer that sits around the trim shaft is missing. I went to look for the part online and it's been discontinued. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I've changed the impeller, gaskets, impeller housing, water tube grommet, thermostat and all associated seals/gaskets, flushed the water lines, and it still overheats on muffs at around 15 mins. Anybody have any ideas? :confused:
I have a 1992 Force 120 and there is no spark. I pulled the wires from the stator and ohmed the coils. Red to red/white reads ~109 ohms. Yellow to yellow reads ~0.02 ohms. Blue to blue/white reads infinity (OL). I'm 99.999999% this means bad stator but I just wanted to check with some more...
