    Update: I re-coated the deck On Thursday of last week and let it dry. It seems to be a lot better. It is still cold here in NY so I am not going to walk on it for a few more days. Thank you everyone for their help.

    The Gel Coat I used did not have any wax in it at all. So i should spray PVA over the entire deck I painted with Gel Coat.

    Well I pulled the injectors today and found out that 2 of them were different and had larger spray holes. Of course those were the ones in the 2 cylinders where the plugs were fouled.
