    If I exceed max hp????

    I have a 22' Islander. It's rated to 175hp. It currently has a 120hp I/O. To complete this project I want an outboard. What are the perils of a 200hp outboard? Many have shown up for a reasonable price.

    Tilt issue

    We have a 60 hp 4 stroke big foot Merc on our pontoon boat. It's either an 08 or 09. Anyway, the motor will tilt up but not stay up. It slowly goes back down on it's own. What do I need to check or where should I start? Thanks in advance
