    seastar solutions SafeT QC mechanical steering on my g3 1756 cc 70 yamaha. i found the little blue cap on my deck, it had oil spill out of it. located black tube under console that came off steering box. reinstalled and taped on. what is the tubes purpose? should i b checking something? thank you

    muffs on yammie?

    can i use muffs on my new 70? i have a bucket thats big enough but would prefer to use muffs. i like to fire my motor up before i leave my house. dont want to be on ramp and it not fire up. any issues i need to be aware of? do i need special muffs? thanks

    wanted to pick up 30me 4 stroke oil for my 30 hp efi tohatsu 4 stroke. the fella in the parts room reccommended 25w-40. it is awfully hot in GA. water temps in high 80s. any opinions? which would u use? same price, mercury branded

    dumb questions coming. what kind of questions would u ask a shop owner to judge his ability to work on ur outboard? examples. how to pick his brain.just want to be able to go in with knowledge. i dont know how to really express this question. all help is appreciated

    dumb question on tilt storage

    how does everyone store their outboard? do u tilt it all the way down when u garage it or do u leave the transom saver on it? my boat is in the garge for our mild witers and freezing is not an issue. any opinions out there|?
