    Antique renault find parts, or REPOWER ideas

    I have a 1966 Aluminum Starcraft mercruiser renault 80, this stern drive has the hydraulic shift mechanism.... ITS JUNK. Engine runs great, but i cannot find parts for the outdrive. Does anyone have ideas where to get parts. OR any repower ideas.

    Re: Weird engine noise then total engine stall.. Well its been awhile, but finally got the upper unit tore down... This is the driven gear lower bearing. the rest were little wore, but not bad, (replacing all) How do i get the inner race off of the driven gear shaft?
