Penn State handed Michigan a win.:facepalm: The offense and defensive lines weren't there, Hackenberg made some poor decisions, but the OC, Donovan is horrible in play calling, especially in the Red Zone, and the special teams were pathetic. Michigan was good and PSU was worse.
