Agree!! Very nice looking rig, especially considering how long it has been out of action.

Thanks for all the compliments !
Like the SS Minnow I give it a three hour tour! Ran from idle to full stopping starting and it did very well, I had no problems. Runs out around 43 mph
Merc 125 2+2 takes a little getting used to
all & all for $1500.00 I am a very, very happy man :)

Wow, that is an extraordinary find for $1500. I live fairly close to New York Mills, MN where Lund is built-

Up here that boat is worth a ton of money....especially for a Pro-V...

I am green with envy....

Re: Show Your Lund!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is a 1998
25% is a good profit margin :)
But I was offered 3,000.00 a couple of days ago and declined.
It was a rare find. I had 2,000.00 to spend on a fishing boat and as we all know in todays world 2 K does not buy much of a boat.
This boat was not advertised for sale and 1500.00 was the lien owed and I paid the lien off for it.
Needless to say I was pleased, these deals are few and far between.
rig has little over 100 hours use time.

Re: Show Your Lund!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hi
one of those lund's was my first boat(that wasn't a duck boat) also back in the early 80's. we bought it because it was cheap and my 2 yr old son could run around in it. i started with a 12hp sea king on it and moved up to a 20hp johnson. a 25hp will be a perfect size motor for the boat. a great stable boat. my nephew still has it and is still using it because his kids could run around in it. a little work and you should be go to go. congradulations on your first boat.

Hey Guy's new to the site and the Lund family. I finally got my dream boat and boy do I love it! 09 Lund 1700 Pro Sport, Honda 90 Hp 4 stroke, Motor Guide wirerless trolling motor.

Welcome to iBoats, Aluminator!

You're going to love your new boat. My wife and I are very partial to that color combination, Cobalt Blue over Sandstone. We ordered the same on our Lund 1750 Fisherman last year, along with the Sandstone interior.

Your wireless tolling motor sounds sweet!

Congratulations! Here's hoping you get many years of enjoyment from it.

Congratulations - that boat is beautiful!!!:)

Do you have the Merc 90 4-stroke on it? Mine originally had a 60, but I wanted to max out the HP - and it CO$T$ to upgrade!

Re: Show Your Lund!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks!! It did originally had the 60 four stroke and I had reservations about it....then I got on here and read your post and the responses and upgraded to a 90 four stroke. Don't think I'll regret it....it's all the boat I'll ever need. Spent the day playing on it, putting things in their storage areas, etc. Can't wait to get it on the water....
