sending a link to my thread via email

I can't seem to be able to figure out how to email a link to my iboats thread to someone. Can anyone help me out with this? Thanks

Sorry, I'm still not getting it. I opened my thread, right clicked the mouse on the title at the top, and the 'paste' is faded out, as are all the other choices except for 'select all', and 'inspect element'. When you say "go to the post" may be where I'm blowing it. I also found the post in the forums section, right clicked on it, and in the big list of options the 'copy' choice was faded.

I also just highlighted it and copied and pasted, but it doesn't come out as a link, or at least it doesn't look like a clickable link to me. Here it is,

I'm probably missing something really stupid. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Where your getting led astray is by clicking stuff in the forum, Mike. You need to copy your browsers address bar at the top of your screen. It will start forums.iboats.com/forum/ etc. and end with 1979 26' Commander gas & H2O tank replacement & ?. That should get you started.
