wot for a 90hp

I was looking at a 96charger 16ft. that has a 90hp rude on it that will only turn about 41-4200 rpm at WOT ,does that sound right?

5500 to 5800 is what you're looking for.Prop dia and pitch,engine height set-up , and engine health all play a part in achieving this.
