Wiring up my truck - HELP!

So, I have a '00 Nissan Pathfinder

So far, I put in all new wiring in my trailer, works great. The problem I have is wiring my truck.

In my truck, I have 5 connections, left turn, right turn, tail lights, ground and brake lights.

I have a 4 way connector, with L turn, R turn, ground and tail.

I think I need some sort of adapter to wire up the brake lights to the trailer. Am I correct? Can I just solder it in with the tail lights?

I have everything working except the brake lights. Any help appreciated. Thanks!:)

correct, need an electrical adapter box for it. walmart or uhaul both have them. (I've used both, both have worked perfectly, no complaints)
