Hi everyone..I was just given a nice 77 Johnson 35hp engine and need some help with the wiring.It looks like it used to be a tiller motor that was converted to a steering wheel.It has one harness leaving the engine.It has the larger red and black wires that go to the battery and then smaller wires.black,green,white,red and blue that.I assume these were hooked to the ignition switch he gave me but none of the colors match.if they were hooked to this switch only he knows how..any help with this would be great..i would hate to fry something on a pefectly good engine.
