Which crankshaft suites 1977 70HP

I have started the rebuild of my 1977 70HP and found scoring on the crankshaft journals. I hav seen a crankshaft advertiesed from a 1985 70HP.
Will it fit? Also will rods from this model fit?

The rods from any 49 cid 3 cyl will work from 1976 & newer. Any 3 cylinder 4 spline (driveshaft) crank will work.
