Where to find 2007 Merc 90 4 Stroke EFI Cowl latch parts

I have a new-to-me 2007 Mercury 90hp 4 Stroke EFI. The latch at the front of the cowl is missing all the internal parts. The latch handle is there on the outside, but there is nothing inside to latch the cowl down.

Anyone know where I can get a part like that?
