Where is everyone buying AQ-280 Drive Parts.


I have a late 70's AQ-280 Out Drive on my 24' Bayliner w/a 5.0gm 260B.

I've had a hard time finding places to buy parts on line.

The places that are on line seem a little over priced.

Or is a Volvo Dealer the best way to go.

Right here at iboats works well. Either from the Volvo Penta store or from the Sierra section. If it's not listed here, or a "dealer" item, you can do a google search and find other authorized Volvo Penta stores.

Agree with Pirate.

Other good on-line dealers are also Doug Russell (http://www.dougrussell.com/), eBasicPower.com (http://bpi.ebasicpower.com/index.php)(some have had issues with them, never me), http://www.marineengine.com/, and then of course eBay.

Thanks for the info. My Local deal had the parts in stock for only $25.00 more over the online price.
