what is causing the trim bleed down?

Hey folks I've just put new o rings in my trim cylinders on my merc 150 and have had no change with it bleeding down. I also did the rings on the tilt down screw hoping that would do it. What next? I haven't pulled the pump because that will suck and am still trying to figure the placement of the 6 o rings that go in the bottom. Some insight on all of this would be appreciated. Thanks

The pump o rings are likely the problem then? What about the six in the bottom that I can't figure the location to, even with the manual?
