What does it mean?

Hey everyone.
I am a new boat owner. We had it out on the water once this year and we ended up being towed back because it stalled just like it ran out of gas and would not start back-up. I also noticed quite a bit of water in the engine compartment it was enough water that it covered the bilge pump.

and went to change the oil and it had too much oil in it and it is a grey color.

Ayuh,... That's Water,.... Cracked Block is My guess....
