What are these lines !!!!

I’ve got a 1999 Force 75 hp.
What are the lines that look like vacuum lines!!??? I replaced them 1by 1and some how I have 2lines I can’t find where they hook up! 1 of the lines blows air or exhaust but I can’t find any place the could hook up!!! I’ve tried looking on the internet and I can’t find Anything on vacuum lines, Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!

You're likely referring to the recirculating hoses see attached for hook up
