wellcraft eclipse bellows

My wellcraft eclipse bellows need to be replaced. There is a small rip I noticed in the rubber. How hard are these to replace these myself? Is this something I can do with some tools over the winter? I know I need a few special tools like the Pin Remover. Any pointers or suggestions?

i think ya should ask this over in the i/o forum..

if a mercruiser. it's doable though not the easiest work. while your there it's a good idea to do the water hose and shift cable too since you'll be right there. if it's a mercruiser...
yep, i did mine in fall. mostly accomplished prior to the snow falling.. if ya got a garage, yer hip and will have all winter to do the deed..
