Where Is the water pump on a 1995 cobra 3.0 with cobra out drive ?

It's based on the actual model of the engine/drive package.
Since your engine could be a 1994 model, it's useful to post your actual model number.
Here's model numbers back to 93.

94 and 95 raw water pumps were on the engine. 93 was on the drive.
