Volvo exhaust to Mercruiser Y???

OK! Other than buying new manifold and risers. Can Volvo exhaust system be adapted to Mercruiser "Y" pipes? The exhaust system is a Barr Marine. Riser Pn is 20-0082, Manifold is center rise. Has anyone converted Volvo setups to Mercruiser?
