Vinyl with possible mold? Picture

Cracked vinyl in several places with these dark circles that will not scrub out with vinegar or Vinyl cleaner. Help please!

A mild bleach solution may fade the mold stains. That vinyl looks pretty far gone anyway.

It looks like mold but I think it is coming up from the back. The best thing would be to remove the vinyl and recover the seat, you can treat/wash any mold the is on the foam
