Used motors from Indonesia?

I've been doing a lot of looking online for a used motor. I have run across several sites that have pretty decent prices but find out that they are in Indonesia. Is there some reason these companies are operating from there? Anyone have any dealings with them?

The shipping would probably cost more than a reman long block.
If it's an outboard you're looking for, look for a camp engine. They are typically a year old and half to two thirds the price of a new one.
They'll have 1000 hours on them already...but they look like a new motor hanging on the back of your boat.
