Unwinterizing outboard?

OK, it is a little early for this question...

I winterized my 8HP Honda, in my basement, including spraying fogging oil in carb air intake and also in cylinders. Drained carb through drain screw in bowl.

Do you need to do anything special, other than just fueling and firing up, in the Spring when ready to use? I'm thinking maybe the carb needs to be cleaned to get the fogging oil out?

Thanks, Peter

Of course you changed the motor oil, etc in the fall. Just fuel up, and the gas will flush the oils out as you start and run. It will smoke at first, of course.

Of course! Thanks for the reply, Paul.

I changed crankcase oil and also lower unit oil.
