Thanks rick! I am still having issues getting the bolt out. Have been spraying them with PB Buster with no luck. Anything else I should try before I head taking it to a machine shop?

Now that you can see the bolt, I'd heat them it red hot and let it cool down good and try it again....You might be able to get a small pipe wrench on it for a little more leverage. But try to avoid breaking it at all cost if there is still a nub sticking out. Like I said, the welding of a nut on there may be enough to bust it loose.. For now,.heat it up , hit it with the PB Blaster and then let it sit overnight. Try again and then head to the machine shop if no go...

A "blue wrench" (torch) and vise-grips will get most any stuck bolt out. Just heat it red hot and clamp the vise-grip on. Once it starts to budge work it back and forth, slowly out. You may need to reheat it a few times on the way out if it's really corroded in there.

buy you a drill bit set drill small hole dead in center of bolt .
then drill with one size bigger work your way up one bit at a time till
you get to the bit that is one size under the bolt .
leaving whats left of threads then use tap for the bolt size and thred
and retap or chase out what is left of old thread.
i did all 4 bolts on my 150 in one hour .
if you mess up you can buy helicoil kit for your bolt size drll it tap it oversize
and insert helicoil putting it back to orig size .
its not that hard to drillout those bolts as long as you drill pilot hole dead center.
