I am going to use the Interlux 2 part perfection for my topside paint but as I have seen from many others it's impossible to do a finish coat with the roll and tip method without ridding the finish of brush strokes. I also know if you wet sand with 3000 grit it turns from a high gloss to semi gloss finish. I was thinking about how they do cars. They wet sand to a semi-gloss then apply the clear coats to bring it to high gloss. Would this work with a marine grade clear coat over the smoothed interlux perfection? Has anyone tried this? Does interlux make a clear coat for an application like this?
Thanks for the help!
